ZOOM AIRLINE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention may be applicable and the Convention governs, and in most cases limits, the liability of carriers for death or personal injury. In respect of loss of or damage to baggage, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention may be applicable. See also the notice headed "Conditions of Contract", "Advice to International Passengers on Limitation of Liability" and "Notice of Baggage Liability Limitations" available upon request from Zoom Airlines. Where this coupon is issued for transportation or services other than air travel, specific terms and conditions may apply. These terms and conditions may be included in the ticket set or may be obtained from the issuing company or agent.

Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who has acquired a ticket in violation of applicable law or carrier's tariffs, rules or regulations.

CONTRACT & CONFIRMATION
Zoom Airlines will accept your booking once your booking has been paid in full and a confirmation invoice/e-ticket has been sent. It is only then that a contract exists. Telephone quotes are not guaranteed until the booking has been paid in full.

While Zoom Airlines strives to maintain accurate information, occasionally errors may occur. Should there be an obvious error (i.e. an incorrect price), we will issue a new invoice/e-ticket and will not be bound by the price quoted on the incorrect invoice/e-ticket. It is important that you check all the details shown on the confirmation invoice/e-ticket carefully to ensure they are correct as this forms the basis of the contract. Any discrepancies should be brought to Zoom Airlines attention within 24 hours of issue, otherwise the details shown on the confirmation invoice will be presumed to be correct.

If Zoom Airlines is unable to offer the flight you have requested, we will offer an alternative Zoom flight at the current selling price OR offer a full refund of all monies paid. You must notify Zoom Airlines within 2 business days of our offer to you. If you fail to do so, we will assume that you have chosen to accept the alternative offered.

Once your booking has been confirmed, Zoom Airlines will send your confirmation invoice/e-ticket within 2 business days after receiving your reservation (if you have entered an email address), or 14 days (if no email address has been provided). If you have not received your invoice/e-ticket and these aforementioned time allowances have passed, please contact Zoom Airlines to ensure that your booking has been processed.
